1 Introduction & Acceptance

• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• After registration, db55 may request additional documentation at any time for identity verification purposes.

3 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

Db55 strictly enforces a policy against underage gaming. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to create an account or use any service on db55.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• If there is any doubt about a user's age, db55 may request proof of age at any time.
• If a user is identified as underage, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to db55 must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit; otherwise, your credit may be delayed.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To make a withdrawal from db55, your account must have a sufficient verified balance. Winnings earned through bonuses are only withdrawable once the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment number registered on your account.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may be held if your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is not complete.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Db55 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement — typically 10–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• A bonus may only be usable on specific games.
• The same promotion cannot be used more than once.
• In cases of bonus abuse, db55 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus validity is generally 7 days. If a specific offer states a different validity period, that period applies.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on db55 are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and impartial — no manipulation is possible.

• Db55 is not responsible for disconnections during gameplay. The game will resume from the last saved state on the server.
• If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, db55 reserves the right to correct it.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on db55. Engaging in any of them will result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or carry out any form of cyberattack on db55's systems.
• Collusion — secretly coordinating with other players to manipulate a game.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Db55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• If the account information is found to be false.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

10 Responsible Gaming
